I met the Wizard - Anonymous employee Red Ventures Employee Review

I titled my review "I met Wizard" because when you first come into Red Ventures, it is like landing in Oz. Everything is exciting and the possibilities seem endless. Then you find out that you are being paid well below industry averages, you're told that your opinions are valuable but no action is taken on them and the opportunity to burn out is high.
