      Pros

      CEO Ric Elias is amazing! I recommend this job to anyone looking for temporary employment. Great potential to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      You have to ask for permission to go on breaks, bathroom, and lunches. Floor leads and Managers micromanage. Stress from calls will affect your personal life. Churn rate is extremely high. No job security -- every 2 weeks your job is in danger.
