Pros

Some co-workers are genuinely great individuals! There is also free coffee on every floor in office. And a decent work/life balance if you have a good team.

Cons

I came into the company from the LAUNCH program for Red Digital. Right off the bat, it is strange how they virtually offer no resources for employees who encounter conflicts with co-workers. You will quickly find that HR does not work for you, and that retaliation will occur from higher-ups. Be very wary of this fact if you choose to join this workplace. In addition, if you are not white, you will face several microaggressions during your time here. You will quickly find that minority voices are often not listened to or valued as much as their white counterparts. RV has a tendency to favor white male individuals above all else. If you do not meet this criteria, I would stay far far away from this company and start your career elsewhere. Pay is also very under market standards. I often found myself living paycheck to paycheck because of this.
