Pros

- Decent pay for being fresh out of college - Learn a lot (Disclaimer: This learning is done by teaching yourself with very little internal resources. Management doesn't have the time or capacity to teach anything)

Cons

- You gain a lot of responsibility right from the start but little support and guidance to actually set you up for success. - If your interviews were anything like mine, people glorified the ability to switch between teams or roles, yet they tend to sidestep the underlying reasons behind this perpetual change. The frequent shuffling between teams or roles primarily stems from a persistent high turnover rate within the company. Contrary to the narrative of seeking new challenges and skill enhancement, the reality is that individuals are often prompted to shift teams or roles to fill vacated positions left by the continuous departure of employees from the company. - Their launch program merely extends to an additional week of orientation, lacking genuine support or a sense of community for early talent. - ZERO work life balance. Anticipate working during nights and weekends, and to basically live and breathe RV. - Very individualistic company fostering a highly competitive atmosphere where management frequently draws comparisons between employees. - If you identify as black or brown, prepare to constantly be the only one in the room.

Pros

Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

Cons

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
