Pros
Great cafeteria and amenities. Beer cart Fridays. Casual dress code. Great place to start a career if you have a degree, and don't know what you want to do.
Cons
Pay is well below industry average. Terrible work/life balance: long hours, expected to work late and on weekends. Unlimited vacation = no vacation, or you were made to feel guilty when you did use it. Stressful environment: if you don't have a type A personality you won't fit in or succeed. Not a very inclusive environment.
