Red Ventures is very different than most companies I've worked for. I enjoy coming to work, I'm not micro-managed, and my ideas are appreciated and used. We put a lot of time and effort into the hiring process, so we hire a lot of great people. In my opinion, this is what makes working here so fun. I love all the perks that we have (basketball court, company trips, gym), but honestly I like the people the most. I work with a lot of highly motivated and smart individuals!
