Sales by hook or by crook mentality disguised as the sales process at times. Sales staff are encouraged to over or under state to get the Sale! Ethics are word not behavior driven, Managers are spin doctors who protect themselves for a chance to move up. Metrics are the ultimate goal. You have to provide metrics to prove you are worthy of development. No metrics, No development a dive into obscurity and loss of job security. If have a conscience about what you sell and how you sell it, you will be disillusioned with the process and the reality of what;s expected of you.
