Amazing learning experience. This was my first job out of college and although the pay was great, I think I really got the most out of it from a learning perspective.

Cons

Some of the supervisors micromanage employees.

Pros

The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

Cons

The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
