Pros

The company invests in employees who invest in it. Those who stick around are rewarded for their loyalty, and I have nothing but good things to say about the company that’s put me on the fast-track to a managerial career.

Cons

I personally don’t have any cons. I know some of my coworkers would disagree, but then we’re different people and we have completely different ideas about how a work environment should be run.

Pros

The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

Cons

The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
