Everyone who works there is great, there is an ability to be creative and add to your role . You will learn a lot! The company is small-medium size so any role you have will require you to be flexible and jump in different area where help is needed.

Cons

Small- medium size company- there isn't a lot of growth and things move slow due to lack of structure. Your compensation will not always reflect the amount of work you have put in.

Pros

The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

Cons

The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
