Pros

My employer's system integration center is a great place to work. The team-oriented approach to quality and speed is impressive. It's a fast-paced environment with the latest technologies, making it exciting to work here.

Cons

The onboarding experience was great. When I accepted the role, the company greeted me with SWAG, told me where to find resources, and provided a warm welcome. However, the learning curve is steep, so additional training resources would be appreciated.

The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

Cons

The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
