Pros

Redbrick is a flexible, comfortable and overall really great place to work. I worked with some amazing people, had a lot of great memories. I would definitely consider going back to work at Redbrick given the flexibility employees receive along with the perks such as remote work, fitness perks etc.

Cons

Let's just say... politics, politics, politics.

They found me a job and worked hard nothing to really complain about. They're contractors not permanent so you shouldn't expect more.
