Salary went down three times since i was hired. I started at $50 for a weekday house tour. It went down to $40 for the same thing, and now we are down to $35. Least empowering job that ever existed. You sit and wait for jobs that rarely come. Nepotism You want to know how the clients are being scheduled? Look at your collegues' schedule and see how the same 3 or 4 agents in the team get all the jobs. No work at all on some weeks, and yet they are still hiring! It's not how well you do the job that matters, it's who you know.
