Associate Agents should be employees or Redfin should be sued for anti-trust because there's an exclusivity clause AND they require you to use their technology and process. Plus, you're restricted from representing clients so you can't go out and make money. That alone takes more than an hour, plus travel time. They tell you to ask questions but your manager does not answer the phone or call you back because you've rubbed them the wrong way. Redfin employees refer to Associate Agents as AAs or their assistants, no respect at all for a fellow agent with the same training. They take pleasure in treating you badly because it makes them feel more important.
