You are expected to give of your own time after hours to do events. Unless your totally anal and keep track of every move you make, you won't make the money you should. If you work there, track every mile you drive, never do anything unless you write it down and track it, and never go the extra mile for the customer, unless you get paid for it, because it will cost you more to work here than you are compensated . Forget the favors for the customer, you will be wasting more money than you make. It makes so much more sense to set up your own website and market yourself. Redfin claims to have experts in every location, however most of their agents are newbies and managers are not even from the real estate industry. Expect a quick burnout. Expect to judged buy your customers and see those results posted publicly on the website.
