Pros
Paid health insurance, phone, Ipad and enough customers to keep you underwater .That's it. They give you a ton of paid vacation, but it's paid out at base(9$HR) and unless you travel to a country with no internet you will work at least part of each"vacation" day.
Cons
No work life balance, at least in the D.C/Va./Md. market. IF you've managed to get your clients under control you will still basically be on call from 9-7 EVERY day. If an offer comes in Sunday night you are in for a late evening and an early morning. You are evaluated more on nonsense statistics that you have little control over than the customer surveys. You should only consider working here on the IT side or as a RE coordinator(they make more than most agents and work 40 hrs/week-No Weekends(In Real Estate?) Not a great place for Realtors. You are paid peanuts for your bonus. For a 9 or a 10 on a 500k property you get about $1400 (not a typo). An 8 is considered a passive review and you are clipped about 1/3. 6 or less and you are better off not having the review submitted. Serious Micro Management. This went from the funnest job ever to an oppressive environment in just a few years. Very sad.
