- Other world-class engineers - Top pay and benefits - A real "change the game" mission - Progressive technology - The Website is amazing and the source of all good things Redfin is fundamentally are sound and can be the Amazon of real estate.
Cons
- Lack of strategic thinking - Lack of operational core competency Glenn is a great inspiration and works as hard as anyone but needs help working smarter. This in turn has created a management culture that follows his lead and values hard work (now now now! go go go !!) over working smarter strategically. This leads to emotional roller coaster rides. Redfin lacks "operators" who understand structural efficiency in the org and create reliable, steady growth. It is hard.
