Really cool office, great location – right on the water. Views are unreal. Tons of free food and snacks. Benefits package is the best in Seattle.
Cons
HQ is incredibly disorganized. The company is no longer a ‘startup’ although it calls itself one – been around for over 11 years. Teams are VERY isolated and senior most leaders are not collaborative. Instead of working together, departments end up getting pitted against each other. This is caused significantly due to the fact that a lot of the executives don’t work well together. That coupled with the fact that there’s very minimal internal infrastructure will make any sort of operational projects next to impossible. If you come from any of the big seattle companies, this will not be the cool scrappy start up that you imagined. Also, pay is significantly lower and there’s a bizarre title inflation for those who have been at the company for a while so everyone else gets held back in title.
