Pros
Charismatic, bright, inspiring CEO, excellent product that the company is steadily fine-tuning while adding new features, and lots of room for growth within its industry. Seattle, San Francisco HQs are stylish with great views and standard manchild techie perks (junk food, beer, catered lunches, ping pong, etc.) along with solid pay & benefits. Engineering is well-run. Innovation & new ideas encouraged.
Cons
High turnover in marketing, communications depts. Comms has no clear vision, plans & goals change with the wind. Positions created then arbitrarily eliminated. Guess and test. Primary goal is not to anger management rather than succeed as a result.
