I have an employee for many many years and this company thrives to be on the cutting-edge of technology. That is one of main reasons I have stayed with this company for so long; I learn something new all the time! The engineers are super smart and caring. Although the engineering team has grown 5x since I started, there is still a start-up feel to the company. There is still a sense of coherency between the two engineering offices (Seattle and San Francisco).
