Pros

They offer leads from the website, which means you have the opportunity to close a bunch of deals that you otherwise likely couldn't working at traditional brokerage. The benefits were good. Great place to cut your teeth as a new agent. Great tech to write offers quickly and associate agents to help show properties when you have a ton of active clients.

Cons

During my tenure, the pay structure changed at least twice per year. They also pilot new programs all the time. The commission you receive is insanely low - I'm talking 0.25% or less. This was countered by the base salary offered to all agents (which was also very low). In order to make a living wage, you had to sell a home, at minimum, once per week. While they offer transaction coordinators, producing on that level doesn't make for any work-life balance. They want you to act as an independent realtor and own your business, but also require constant meetings and control your calendar availability, which you can't really get around because you're an employee after all. They have metrics where certain leads are pre-screened and assigned to more experienced agents. They look at your value as an agent based on your monthly production -- which can vary based on the quality of leads you receive. No real structure to take time off. A ton of micromanagement. Some favoritism.
