1. Each department is run as though it were a fiefdom, there is no uniformity within the organisation.There is bias and discrimination. Certain departments do not hike salaries whereas others do. 2.Extremely hostile culture in certain departments, people are targeted and ill treated. 3.Poor treatment of lower level employees. 4.HR is a mute spectator, obligatory notes will be taken at exit interview. 5. Salary hike is negligible.People are barely getting by. 6.Basically it is each man for himself and the environment can get toxic.
