Cons
We move fast and try new things, which can be uncomfortable and disruptive to some people. Not a place for the "because that's the way we always did it" mentality. Not for everyone and the company understands this in hiring practices. Processes continue to be built as we grow, which is hard for some people who would be more comfortable with the well established processes of a more mature company.
