Pros

I love working at Redirect it has such a family vibe. A fun culture where we are always celebrating wins or having fun team gatherings. Redirect offers all employees free healthcare which is huge for my large family. We can have visits with a doctor right over the phone for most things, which is convenient with our busy schedules.

Cons

The downside if not seeing my team everyday since we work remote, but hey that is why we have video chats :)
