Free Healthcare to Distract from the Toxic Culture - Anonymous employee Redirect Health Employee Review

Pros

None—honestly, you’d be better off driving for Lyft than working here.

Cons

In the past 60 days, over 20 employees, from entry-level staff to executives, have resigned. This exodus stems from a deeply toxic culture fostered by the CEO and Founder, Dave Berg. His controlling leadership style, characterized by micromanagement and domineering behavior, creates an oppressive environment where even minor details, like email signatures, are tightly regulated. While this company might suffice as a starting point for those without a college degree or insurance licensing, seasoned professionals with experience should look elsewhere. The only notable benefit is free healthcare, which is less a perk and more a cost-saving tactic for the company. The healthcare is “free” for them because it’s provided by their own team of PAs, NDs, and MDs already on staff. While this might appeal to those starting their careers or earning a low income, it’s a short-term advantage at best. Keep in mind: free healthcare does not equal high-quality healthcare. Proceed with caution! ❌ No 401k match ❌ no bonus structure ❌ no professional growth reimbursement ❌ no personal health incentive reimbursement ❌ dental insurance is the lowest possible and is horrible ❌ no short-term or life insurance
