I made some really good friends while working here that was the only upside of this job.
Cons
They advertise free healthcare for your whole family, but don’t fall for that. It’s not really free healthcare they make you pay for surgeries and everything out-of-pocket and then supposedly will reimburse you, but you can also get denied for that reimbursement. The owners of Redirect also complain when you use the “free health insurance.”A lot of medical offices hate working with Redirect Health because Claims never get processed correctly. Doctors don’t get paid on time and members and employees get sent into collections. The CEO the COO and the medical Director, do not care about their employees whatsoever. Horrible management, horrible communication one of the worst companies I have ever worked for I absolutely do not recommend working for Redirect Health.
