Pros
Multiple locations to choose from. Majority of managers will actually listen to their departments needs.
Cons
Favoritism is rampant in all departments. Men seem to be more likely to be promoted. Younger generation (I’m 28) still get the reputation of “no one wants to work anymore”. It’s very close to impossible from being fired, even if it’s blatantly clear to the managers/executive staff.
