The current executives are completely disconnected from the employees. They do not care about anyone except themselves and don’t bother to make any effort. This place is not worth your time. Look somewhere else to work where you will be appreciated. I was a high performing employee who was only rewarded with more work. I wanted to be recognized as a person not a machine.
