Pros
There's a lot to like about this company. The culture is sublime, feels like family much of the time. Extremely stable environment where you don't have to worry about layoffs. There's always a sense of not only your work being appreciated, but you as a person being appreciated. Great work life balance. Lots of perks like free food, catered lunches, team building events, etc.. Benefits package is top notch as well!
Cons
Being a smaller company, change can take time and there's also not a lot of growth potential.
