      Very progressive management team Exciting technology journey IT treated like a core part of the organisation Doesn't sweat the small stuff

      Pros

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
