Cons
Reece will preach the good, fast and cheap triangle yet they expect their employees to be exactly all three. Pay is far below average, work/life balance is really hard due to the long hours and working Saturdays. False promises of a promotion are reoccurring through many branches. They expect you to do multiple job roles such as 2ic jobs yet do not pay accordingly. I worked here for 4 years as I was kept sweet with the promise of a promotion but gave up waiting. I often felt like a punching bag for both plumbers, cash customers and management. You are really overworked here and they expect a lot for what you get in return. High turnover in staff- it’s like rats jumping out of a sinking ship atm. You don’t get paid additional for picking up more responsibilities. It gets busy and when you’re short staffed it really takes a toll. Plumbers waiting on site yelling at you down the phone when there’s a counter full of customers because he’s waiting for his delivery… management never wanted to take over these phone calls too.
