Pros

- Learn as you go, good onboarding process - Customers are usually good to interact with, get to know the regulars - Opportunites for advancement if you wish (management or different business units) - Good feel of camaraderie - Get to keep active and never bored (pro/con depending) - Delivery driving can be an adventure, good bit of problem-solving for those big deliveries - Learn theory and terminologies about the trade you're supporting, through customers or supplier representatives (good start if you want to end up in the trades)

Cons

- The pace can be fairly punishing, not for everyone - Not the best pay, especially considering the work put in

Pros

Immediate Leadership (whom were fired with no cause) and Co-Workers (who were outsourced or reorganized)

Cons

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve worked for in my career. Senior Leadership does not care about team members and has stated that in private conversations. There are two cultures in Reece - one in the field and other at Regional Support Center (RSC). The RSC consistently is cutting costs (outsource, on-shore) or plainly eliminate with additional work spread to remaining team members. The CFO has little to no care about any employees and has been there for a long time. Leadership around her has cycled in 2-3 years consistently in her 20+ tenure (Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller/Controller). Whole accounting team and almost all of FP&A has left/replaced when I was there (less than 2 years). This is a high turnover workplace if you are looking for a place to work long-term, STAY AWAY!!!
