      Pros

      Cheap bathroom supplies as they have huge markup on their bathroom supplies.

      Cons

      No recognition for employees. The family that owns the company has no respect for their people. They are just interested about their own benefits. The business is dodgy.

      Pros

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
