      Pros

      Lots of autonomy, run it like your own business. Job is great if you get along with your direct manager. If you don't look else where.

      High workload and expectation to do more work for not a lot of reward.

      Pros

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
