Gives you a good experience of being a teacher.

Cons

Better preparation needs to be undertaken by the Lead Teachers before going to class. I have worked under 2 lead teachers and only 1 of them seemed like neglectful.

Kind work environment that allows you to complete plenty of school work or studying during your shift. Employee discount is also always nice! Plenty of shifts available for pickup.

Cons

Low amount of scheduled hours, but again, you can always pick up shifts!
