Reprehensible - Community Safety Officer Reed College Employee Review

The Community Safety Department's management , in particular, is more concerned with hiding in their office's and avoiding all forms of work and accountability. In a department of 15 officers there are 7 managers/administrators, nearly 1 manager for every 2 officers, yet we have officers working alone while in charge of the safety of over 2000 students, faculty and staff. The disregard to safety and amount of money wasted by Community Safety Managers is REPREHENSIBLE.
