Pros

Nice people, beautiful campus, solid benefits. Some perks like free gym and pool use. Generally a pleasant place to be.

Cons

Pay is low. Some positions are really two or three crammed into one, but this varies across departments. Turnover has been rough in the past couple of years. Sometimes it doesn't feel as well organized as a prestigious college that is over a hundred years old should, nor as well-funded.

Pros

Kind work environment that allows you to complete plenty of school work or studying during your shift. Employee discount is also always nice! Plenty of shifts available for pickup.

Cons

Low amount of scheduled hours, but again, you can always pick up shifts!
