Wish Admin Was Better - Coordinator Reed College Employee Review

The administration doesn't seem to have a vision, and HR is profoundly unhelpful. It's part of a longer-term pattern, but it's just not improving and if anything seems to be getting worse. Staff are not treated well and turnover is really high. I would definitely stay for a long time, but not with the way admin treat staff anymore. It used to be about a mission, but now it's just the paycheck, and it's not a very good one at that.
