Pros

Campus is beautiful. Benefits are decent. Use of the gym and pool available. Easy to get away with the bare minimum!

Cons

Backwards coworkers who don't represent the people they serve. Often mocked LGBTQIA+ students, some would comment on people's bodies and make inappropriate comments literally all the time. The department is a HR nightmare (unless you don't mind it being unprofessional- then it's pretty great).

Pros

Kind work environment that allows you to complete plenty of school work or studying during your shift. Employee discount is also always nice! Plenty of shifts available for pickup.

Cons

Low amount of scheduled hours, but again, you can always pick up shifts!
