Pros

The work was very easy. The people were friendly. The pay is decent. Air conditioning is nice. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Many computers to use when not assisting someone.

Cons

I didn't gain very much experience. Because the influx of people in need of assistance was so low I didn't get to make use of skills really. I mostly just sat around surfing the web.

Kind work environment that allows you to complete plenty of school work or studying during your shift. Employee discount is also always nice! Plenty of shifts available for pickup.

Cons

Low amount of scheduled hours, but again, you can always pick up shifts!
