I came here very eager to learn and wanting to push myself as an artist, but after a while I found myself bored due to the lack of work. The upper management has no idea how to run an animation business. If you want to better this place, hire people that actually have knowledge in this craft rather than people who are only thinking about benefiting themselves. Sitting around for over a year and not doing anything is NOT why people come out here. We come to hopefully grow and learn, but in the end, have nothing to show for the time that was spent. There's no communication from anyone, which ends up leaving the artists to speculate what's going on. At least tell us what's happening. Warn us about layoffs instead of pulling the rug out from under us. Don't make empty promises that we're going to have studio wide meetings and then we hear nothing for months on end. As others have said, this place is poisonous. WAKE UP and COMMUNICATE. Otherwise you're going to lose all of your talent and will ultimately fail as a business.
