      - The people are fun and great to work with - Nice benefits - Good hours and fun projects

      - management could be better - a lot of the problems trickle from the top down - can be kind of clique-y

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
