      Ugh - Management is not listening and the boys club is killing the place - Manager Reel FX Employee Review

      Pros

      Creative studio, but crayons and clay do not make up for real career opportunities

      Cons

      Long hours and low play. Management actually has their own coffee bar and snack machine that they use. It is the "client" area but management camps there and will tell standard employees not to partake in the treats.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      Pros

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
