      Pros

      The level of care, dedication, and personal interest by artists and production is palpable. The studio continues to expand with great projects. Unlike many big studios, hard work here goes a long way and can provide many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The studio is expanding quickly and has seen some challenges, opening a new studio while producing an incredibly challenging film was an undertaking of epic proportions. However, Reel FX listens and is creating efficiencies for our upcoming movies.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
