      Good people Good environment to work Low living cost in TX

      Cons

      Low salary Unsatisfied Dallas weather. Too much no pay overtime Unreasonable lay off, and management There is only animation studio in Texas, so management has an oppression to employee.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
