      Pros

      Great office space. Laid-back atmosphere. The company really tries hard to keep the staff project after project and cares about making it feel like a family. Paid overtime that is, most of the time, optional and not mandatory. The company is growing and has a lot of potential if they manage to retain their top talent in this hyper-competitive job market.

      Cons

      The pipeline and tools are lagging behind bigger studios'.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience
