      Pros

      Great communication between different teams. They value high quality animation so you get a fair amount of time to work on a shot.

      Cons

      I think this studio needs a bit more organization and should stick to deadlines a bit more. Other than that it's. a fantastic studio.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
