      Pros

      There are so many great things to say about ReelFX. There are so many amazing and talented co-workers t. They are growing and are super busy with a lot lot fun projects. The compensation is about on average.

      Cons

      The company is growing which is a plus, but the majority of the growth is outside of the US in Canada. The Dallas office seems to be shrinking unfortunately.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      Pros

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
