      Pros

      - People tend to be very enjoyable, easy-going - Inclusivity and diversity is taken seriously - Office space spacious and nice - Real possibility to become permanent - Hybrid work from home/in-person options available

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency for fair pays and decisions being taken - Dubious HR tactics to shut down employees asking for fair pay - Tech is very broken at all times and make it difficult for artists to work at full potential

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      Pros

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience

      The company as a whole seems to lack a clear direction and focus
