      - People genuinely care about each other, creating a warm, supportive environment that truly feels like home. - Even when things get tough, FFX tries to keep things human and supportive, which is pretty rare in the animation industry. - Pipeline is evolving, showing resilience and potential as RFX grows and improves their workflow.

      Cons

      - Often agress to challenging client requests to strengthen relationships, but these efforts sometimes go unnoticed or undervalued.

      Pros

      Reel FX offers a range of roles from getting your foot in the door to the industry to working with directors creating feature film animations. While I was there, everyone I worked with were the most wonderful and talented people I’ve ever met.

      Cons

      I don’t contribute this to Reel FX, but the industry as a whole is pretty volatile

      People are mostly nice and welcoming. Some truly talented artists to learn from. It's a good place to gain some experience
